What should i do after B.E. computer as i am neither interested in programming nor in computer network?

html/javascript code-ing?
i am currently learning how to design web pages, i am experimenting offline first, and i have run into a stop,
i want to upload a file (microsoft word document named food doc.docx) although i dont know how, the best ive got is to link to another web site although id like someone to be able to download it straight from my web site even tho it is offline (i have tha html files and the doc in the one folder), so i gues what im asking is how to imbed the document in the html file so that if i put the html file on someone else's computer then they could use the link to download from the html file
could someone please tell me the code-ing to do so, thank you
and if it is possible i am also including a checkbox quiz, is it possible to have a button saying "finished" which when clicked will bring up the answers

to be more precise i'd rather be told exactly what code i need, I am entering my website in a competition for school, it is due within a few weeks. I have already learned html, and I am currently studdying javascript so please if you know tell me exactly how to do so
nevermind about downloading a document i learned how to do that, could someone please tell me how to do the quiz though I have the checkboxes, id just like to know how to have a button that people click once they are done, which shows them their score and the answers, and if possible i am putting a survey in, I have the submit button although i don't know how to get the answers to submit anywhere
