Has anyone ever SUCCESSFULLY purchased from eshopsneakers.com?
I recently purchased a pair of 2011 Nike Hyperdunks from eshopsneakers.com. The website appears to sell new popular shoes at crazy discount prices. I must admit, that many signs pointed toward scam, but I am an optimistic (to a fault apparently) person. Allow me to make a list of these bad omens that I was willing to ignore.
1. Shoes were crazy cheap $70 compared to $125 everywhere else
2. Didnt allow me to pay with paypal. I used some Visa checkout that looked okay
3. No estimated shipping date / means of shipping.
4. No telephone number to contact.
5. Only means of contacting is email (sent an email and they never responded) surprise!
6. Provided a tracking number to a Chinese shipping website.
7. Wrong amount came off my card; it was over by like 4 bucks
8. Description of transaction on bank statement was (womanbags.net) yikes.
9. Card was charged 2 days after purchase, but tracking number was sent right away.
It has been 15 days since my purchase, and I still have yet to receive my shoes. I think of myself as a fairly intelligent purchase; I know you all are thinking how dumb I am (as you should). It's okay, I would be laughing too if I wasn't out $91 and no new Hyperdunks haha. But it just goes to show what a well designed website and the human nature to be gullible can do.
To conclude, I post this to see if anyone has actually ever had success buying from this website but mainly to spread the word that this website is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY. I hope I can save others the trouble by laying an example. If, in fact, I do receive my shoes (maybe 2 months from now who knows) I will be sure to comment here again.
