Ideas for a small business?

I am quitting on something I love to do. I am pouring my life over here. Please read!?
What should I do? I work at is salon and I got my license on cosmetology in June 2011 and I got a job near my house and it was good until a customer came. She wanted a refill and a repair then I said I got this I was nervous and scared so I got clumsy and I spilled nail primer on the table and the nail was crooked and lumpy and then she said that the Chinese ladies do not do it that way. I said I was sorry and I will fix it then. She said I cannot do this. I am going somewhere else. That was my first day in the salon.
Another one she came. She wanted zebra nails with glitter and she got mad because I was not that fast. Like the Chinese ladies and her nails were crooked and she had small bitten nails. She said that the next day were starting to lift she called one of her friends and told her if their nails were lifting? And they told her yeah, I was being nice. I am not going back! The lady paid only $25.00 The design was free. Took me two hours just to finish her tips.
And another time a lady came to do her nails. She wanted a plain tip with polish on top and her friend wanted French tip. They came late. She was rushing me. After I did her nails. She said she loved it, and then left. The next day I was at work I went to go get something to eat and then she came and I saw her she was yelling at the owner telling her that the nails were ghetto. She said that her mom said that there were ugly Dull and ghetto. She said that she had a $2,000 dress and a $400 shoes. She was arguing with the owner telling her to shut up while she was talking to me.
I do help the business but she gets all the money. I told to pay me a little bit more but she looked at me like I am crazy. Since then, the business has gone down. The business has a close because she did not pay her electricity bill. Since then we have not getting new business. Like they say you have to spend money to earn money.
The info where I work?
The job I work. She proves some things that you will need. But if you buy at she will not pay you. She pay me 40% and she gets the 60%. She does eyebrows and she gives herself 100%, but not the 40%. The owner does not have a cosmetology license. She has never owned a business. She does not want to buy stuff for the salon she does not buy shellac and or a TV we do pedicures, we do have a spa tub and then she expects to charge $25.00. She pays $2,000 rent the places ugly looks dirty but we clean. I told her to advertise this place is hard to find. I told her but you do not listen. She has a store next door. It is a joke. She sells cell phones that are out of date old-fashioned you can pay bills there, because this out of order or the system is down. I do not know what to do!
Should I still do nails or give up?

Was I wrong in how I reacted to my signficant other's child?
My significant other is my fiance and his child is an adult child of 22 that has a job and a live in girlfriend that also works.
Two years ago he took his son and myself to get his son a new business suit for his new job. My fiance's dad this for him and he wanted to do this for his son as a father son tradition and pass it forward.
They picked out their suits and his son had his tailored. His son's suit cost around $500.00.
Last night his son e-mailed him saying "He was told" that the suit that his dad bought him was not in style. He needed a suit for a wedding that weekend and he was crunching the numbers.
I walked in on my fiance staring at the e-mail. I said maybe it was his girlfriend that said his suit was not in style. She is a fashionista and knows her brands. I think at that point I over reacted because if that was my kid e-mailing me that I would have been a little p.o.'d about it.
My fiance snapped at me and said "Can't you help me here!."
1) A business suit should be good for 5-10 years.
2) A wedding is a social event and maybe if he is worried he should rent an appropriate suit or get a tux.
I don't have children so I didn't want to weigh in too heavily. I said Well, it's your kid so handle it how you want and I walked out. He wanted help but yet he didn't it appeared to me. Later he said that I was joking too much about the situation.
It's hard for me to fathom $500 since my parents never did that for me. I have always gone to thrift stores when I started to work and I still do to this day so that seems like a heck of a lot of money to spend on adult children for clothes.
He told his son to take his girlfriend with him to have the suit retailored and that they maybe they would do it for free.
Personally, I feel it was inappropriate that his son even e-mailed his dad about it. He should be able to handle his personal wardrobe selections by himself and he has his girlfriend to help him now too.
